Nacona
Brand guide
Nacona is a multi-family housing development located in Glendale, Arizona. I collaborated with Forum’s in house designer to develop the Nacona brand. This brand book is what informed the complete look and feel of the development, from interior design, to the signage, marketing materials, website and everything in between. I truly enjoyed this project as brand development is one of my specialties.

The Gauge
The Gauge is a multi-family development in Salt lake City, Utah. I collaborated with Forum’s in house designer to bring the logo to life. The logo is composed of railroad ties and a rail switch or junction. It is intended to represent the concept of moving through a time and place, not staying within the box, but rather passing through it towards new things.

Once the logo concept for the Gauge was complete I presented a number of color exploration options, ultimately the “sunset & coal” exploration was the winning combination.
In addition to brand development I also created pitch decks, and various presentations, as well as print and digital marketing pieces working within existing brands.

Alana is a multi-family unit development that was constructed in Castle Rock, Colorado. When I was brought in on this
project the branding and and overall aesthetic had
previously been determined. I assisted with the layout and design of investor decks and other data visualization
heavy presentations.
